Every revision we have published, newest first. Each document also carries its own history at the foot of its page. We keep this because a policy you cannot see the history of is a policy you have to take on trust.

Initial publication. Targets WCAG 2.2 AA, lists known gaps rather than claiming full conformance, and gives a contact route for barriers.
Initial publication. States the no-training commitment, how model routing works, the limits of automated output, and our position under the EU AI Act transparency duties.
Analytics consent now collected before the Google Analytics cookie is set in the EEA, UK, Switzerland and Thailand; Global Privacy Control honoured everywhere. Replaces the note that no consent banner existed. Also discloses the cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon and the consent cookie itself.
Initial publication. Documents the Google Analytics cookie and the strictly necessary sign-in and assistant-access cookies, and states plainly that no consent banner is shown yet.
Added your rights under EU/UK GDPR, Thailand’s PDPA and US state privacy law, with the legal bases we rely on and how to exercise each right. Added international transfer disclosure and a dedicated privacy contact. Linked the new Cookie Policy.
Initial publication. Documents the controls actually in place — tenant isolation, deny-by-default database access, transport hardening, secret handling — and the breach-notification commitment. States honestly which certifications we do not hold.
Initial publication. Sets support response targets and incident communication. Deliberately states no uptime percentage and offers no service credits — see the note on that page.
Initial publication. Adds a safe-harbour commitment for good-faith research, response targets, and scope boundaries. Supersedes the bare .well-known/security.txt contact.

Each document has its own version number in three parts. The first changes when your rights or obligations change — those revisions are notified in advance to clients with notice rights. The secondchanges when we add a section or a new disclosure without reducing anyone's rights. The third is a clarification, a typo, or a broken link, where nothing about the meaning has changed.
Material changes affecting how we handle personal data are notified to clients under the Data Processing Addendum.
