Subprocessors

When an assistant answers a question, the request is sent to one of these providers to generate the response. Which one depends on the routing configuration for that client and request — choosing between them is the service. Assume any provider on this list may receive conversation content unless a client has restricted their configuration to a subset.

Each provider operates its own retention and security practices under its own agreement, outside our control. A client with a restricted provider set — for example excluding providers outside a given jurisdiction — should ask us to configure it; we can pin routing to an approved subset.

These vendors host or transmit data but are not sent prompts for processing.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives the payment details directly; we receive only a confirmation and limited descriptive information such as the card brand and last four digits. See the Payment & Card Terms.

We add and remove providers as models and prices change — that is inherent to a routing service. This page is the current list. Clients with a contractual right to advance notice of a new subprocessor under the Data Processing Addendum will be notified at the account contact before the change takes effect.
