How paid plans are billed and renewed, and how card details are handled. Reading the site and its benchmark data is free and needs none of this.
Green Package Pro LLC · Effective July 25, 2026
The public site — benchmarks, explainers, news, the leaderboard — is free to read and requires no account and no payment. These terms apply only to paid plans.
Paid plans are sold as recurring subscriptions billed in advance for each period, at the price and interval shown when you subscribe. Where a plan includes usage-based components, those are billed in arrears for the period in which they were incurred. All prices are in US dollars and exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise; you are responsible for applicable taxes.
Card payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are stored by Stripe under their security standards.
Green Package Pro LLC does not receive or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of a payment plus limited descriptive information — the card brand, the last four digits, and the expiry — so you can recognise the card on file and we can contact you before a payment fails.
By providing a payment method you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge it for the amounts due, including on each renewal, until you cancel.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled before that period ends. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.
If we change the price of a plan you already hold, we will notify the account contact before the change takes effect, and it will not apply until your next renewal — so you can cancel first if you disagree.
If a charge fails we will attempt it again and contact the account contact. If it remains unpaid we may suspend the paid features of the account. We will not delete your configuration or data solely because a payment failed without telling you first and giving you a reasonable chance to resolve it.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial periods. We do issue refunds where we have billed you in error, where a paid feature was materially unavailable for a sustained period, or where the law requires it — and in practice we would rather refund a genuinely unhappy client than argue about it. Ask at [email protected].
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. We can almost always resolve a billing error faster directly, and a chargeback may suspend the account automatically while it is processed.
These Payment Terms form part of the Terms of Service, including its limitation of liability. Where they conflict on billing, these terms govern.
