End User License Agreement

This Agreement covers software Green Package Pro LLCprovides for you to install, embed, or run: the embeddable assistant widget and its loader script, connectors such as the MCP connector, any SDKs or command-line tools we distribute, and accompanying documentation (together, the “Software”).

It does not cover the hosted service itself, which is governed by the Terms of Service. Where both apply, the Terms of Service govern the service and this Agreement governs the Software.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and your account being in good standing, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide licence to install and use the Software for the duration of your subscription, solely to access and integrate with the EyesInAI service.

You may embed the widget on websites and applications you own or operate, and modify configuration and styling as the Software allows.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that restriction is unenforceable under applicable law.
• Redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or host the Software as a product or service of your own.
• Remove or obscure proprietary notices, or use our names, logos, or marks except to identify the service.
• Use the Software to access the service in a way that circumvents authentication, rate limits, quotas, or billing.
• Use the Software after your subscription ends.

The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in it, including all intellectual property rights. You receive only the rights expressly granted here.

We may issue updates, and the widget loader in particular is designed to receive them automatically so that fixes reach live deployments. Updates are covered by this Agreement. We may discontinue support for older versions; where that would break a working integration we will give reasonable notice.

The Software may include third-party or open-source components licensed under their own terms. Those terms govern those components, and to the extent they grant you broader rights, they prevail for that component.

Where you embed the widget in your own product, you control where it appears, who can reach it, and what it is configured to disclose. You are responsible for that deployment and for the notices your own users need — including telling them they are interacting with an AI assistant where that is required.

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability in connection with the Software is subject to the same limitations and exclusions set out in the Terms of Service.

This licence ends automatically when your subscription ends, or if you breach this Agreement and do not cure the breach within a reasonable period after notice. On termination you must stop using the Software and remove the widget and connectors from your properties.
