Client bot · language
The assistant detects the language a visitor writes in and replies in it. It’s one bot with a language list, not a second bot to maintain — the same knowledge and the same voice, delivered in the reader’s language. English and Spanish out of the box; more on request.
A visitor writes in English → the assistant answers in English.
The same question in Spanish → the same answer, in Spanish.
How it's set
Each assistant carries a small list of language tags. That list is written into its instructions, so it’s told up front to detect the visitor’s language and reply in it — no separate model, no separate bot, no duplicate knowledge base to keep in sync. Adding a language is adding a tag; the assistant’s facts and tone stay exactly the same, just spoken in another language.
Why it matters
A visitor who writes in Spanish shouldn’t get an English wall of text back. One bilingual assistant means every visitor gets the real answer in the language they’re comfortable in — from a single place you maintain, with the same accuracy in each language.
